- Includes a minimum 1,000 gallon solid concrete tank, with dual tanks available

PVC Drain Lines Under Home

- Sewer/water, zoning, driveway, and building permits and inspections, including final occupancy inspections and approvals
- Sturdy treated lumber landing and steps at each exterior door
- Additional allowance for dumpsters if needed, gutters, & other misc items
- We can also do garages, porches, decks, and more, but these are not calculated in the Turn-Key price
Site Work Management Fee
- When you hire us to build your home we coordinate everything
- We obtain building permits, schedule subcontractors, and hand you the keys at the end
